Terms and Conditions
Appointments are mandatory for all grooming services to ensure we can accommodate each dog properly. Walk-ins may not be accepted due to scheduling constraints.
* Health and SafetyDogs must be in stable health to receive grooming services. Severely ill or injured animals should seek veterinary care prior to grooming.
Aggressive or severely anxious dogs may be refused service if we determine that grooming could endanger the animal or our staff.
* Scope of ServicesFree grooming services include basic grooming (bathing, nail trimming, brushing, and ear cleaning) along with flea and tick treatments. Additional grooming services outside this scope may incur charges.
* Limit on ServicesEach stray dog is eligible for a single free grooming session. Additional sessions will depend on availability and the individual needs of the dog.
If available, pick-up and drop-off services can be arranged within a certain radius, but this is not guaranteed and may depend on location.
Pet owners or rescuers are responsible for safely transporting the dog to and from our facility unless other arrangements are made.
* Liability WaiverWhile we take every precaution to ensure a safe, stress-free experience, we cannot be held responsible for any stress-related issues or adverse reactions during or after the grooming process.
* Cancellations and ReschedulingCancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other dogs in need.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of free grooming eligibility.
* Animal Welfare PartnershipsAnimal welfare organizations wishing to partner for regular grooming sessions for strays in their care must enter into a partnership agreement. Terms and availability will vary based on organizational needs and scheduling.
* Right to Refuse ServiceWe reserve the right to refuse service to any dog if we feel grooming could endanger the animal or our team, or if it falls outside the eligibility criteria.
* Modification of TermsGlamPetz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to clients as necessary.
